Where To Place Your Stop Loss

There are good and bad places to position a stop loss on your trade.

The ideal place to position a stop loss in a down trend, or a sell trade, the stop would be best placed above the most recent swing high.
The ideal place to position a stop loss in a buy trade, or in an uptrend is below the most recent swing low.
