In this video, I want to look at the period of time when the London session overlaps the New York session.

The London / New York overlap goes from 8am EST to 12pm EST, and for these hours, both London and New York are open for business.
Some of the biggest market moves will be generated in this small window of time, and you can make more money during the overlap than you might might all day long.
