Can I please know the exact setting for the moving averages

The moving averages are:
The first pair is used to get us into a trade.
20 EMA of the high
20 EMA of the low.
This makes a 20 EMA Channel.

The second pair are used to get us out of a trade:
10 EMA of the high
10 EMA of the low
This makes a 10 EMA Channel.

When the 10 EMA Channel is above the 20 EMA channel, we have a bullish market, or an uptrend, and when the 10 EMA Channel is below the 20 EMA channel, we have a bearish market, or a downtrend.
